Every Monday at 7:00 pm

In these turbulent times, we are all looking for a place of sanctuary where we can find peace and meaning. Please join us on Monday evenings for a simple group meditation where we can feel the support of shared silence and discover the inner sanctuary that lies within each individual heart as well as our collective heart.

Meditating with a group can be a powerful support
for beginning or deepening your spiritual practice. Join Barbara Juniper on Monday evenings for a free, open sitting. No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to register – just drop in!

The monthly schedule is as follows:

  • First Monday of the month: Guided meditation & short dharma talk

  • Other Mondays: Silent Meditation & short dharma talk

  • Last Monday of month: Short Green Tara practice (Tibetan visualization practice) & short dharma talk

Come and get to know the Sukhasiddhi Center!

Cost: Free event.

Registration: Not required, but if you have questions, please contact us.

Sukhasiddhi Foundation maintains a fragrance-free environment. Please do not use any scented lotions, colognes, after shave, shampoo, etc. while attending Sukhasiddhi events. Thank you for your consideration.
